Day 17 — There are many mysteries in the universe. If there were one truth I could learn, it would be…

What happened before our birth? What will happen after we die? In short, why are we journeying the way we are journeying now and what is the whole purpose of the life we are leading?

Leaving aside religious views which are more in favour of one type of thinking and faith and personality worship, I would like to find my own independent,  rational yet spiritual answers to these questions.

I would like to base my answers on my own experiences and conviction, rather than on somebody else’s experiences and thoughts. Are we following the laws of science entirely (following laws of nature, biological life and death) or is there something beyond which directs the purpose of our being here?

Are we out here, just fulfilling the purpose of our biology just like other organisms?  Is there really spirituality or is it just a concept which helps us to function in our lives?

My strong view is love or no love, family or no family, we come alone and go alone. Hence we really are not obligated to tie other people down to us not are we obligated to be tied up to other people. But the mesh of artificially constructed human cultures, society, expectations, relationships blinds us to this.

So my question is where do we come from and where will we go to?

And i would like a rational answer for this! With proof.
